This is where you find all you need to know about getting your information on
the E.I. website.
Who:
The main contact for website content and pictures is the webmaster, Peter
Larsen, who can be reached best by email: Click to email the webmaster or on the
phone at 425 844 9212. Please include your email and telephone number in any
communication so I can get back to you for additional information. Business
member advertising and Flying Changes submissions are all handled by Cinda
Peters (please see below for details).
When:
The main publication dates of new website content is every Monday. Content is
expected to be in the hands of the webmaster (Click to email the webmaster) the
Friday before. Unless content is received in a timely manner it will have to
wait another week. Content that require major changes to the website will have
to be handled as special cases and more time may be required.
How:
To ease the burden of converting content, the website has certain restrictions
on acceptable formats:
Text: Textual Content is currently accepted as plain text, Microsoft Word for
Windows or Macintosh or html (which is often the case for e-mails).
Images: Images are accepted in most main stream bitmap formats including
jpg/jpeg, png, gif, tiff. Formats that are not accepted include ps (postscript),
vector formats or special application specific formats that require proprietary
software.
Keep in mind the different needs for web content and printed content. When you
supply images for the website the resolution does not have to exceed 72 DPI, but
when you submit content for Flying Changes or E.I. printed documents you must
supply images in at least 300 DPI and preferably 600 DPI.
Contact the webmaster (Click to email the webmaster) if you have special data
conversion needs. Please see the publication policy below

Browser Security
Depending on which browser you use, the default security settings may prevent
the E.I. webpage from functioning correctly. In Internet Explorer, you may see a
bar across the top of the page that says “To help protect your security,
Internet Explorer has restricted this webpage from running scripts or ActiveX
controls that could access your computer. Click here for options...” If you
click, you are presented with a dialog asking you if you want to trust content
from this website. When you do, you may be prompted once more. Once you have
accepted trusting the E.I. webpages, you will be able to see the menus
functioning correctly and the ‘anti-spam’ email address appear correctly.

always be a beta website available. Remember! its going to be work in progress

review, but if you are interested you xcan go here:
